Emprima Ltd, the Solihull-based construction and regeneration consultancy, has received “top marks” in a new report, which provides in-depth research on the construction management market.
The Plimsoll Analysis rates Emprima as a “strong” company, based on its recent business performances –the firm is currently masterminding a £215 million redevelopment scheme at Aston University.
The report, which has individually assessed each of the top 185 companies in the UK construction management sector, confirms that competitive pressure is now “so intense” that a third of all companies operating in the industry are making a loss.

Emprima’s Managing Director, Neil Pountney, said: “At a time when our sector is facing extremely challenging conditions, it is heartening to be recognised by an independent expert assessor as a company that is not only getting it right, but one that has a solid future.”
